The three constellation images were taken using a standard lens and camera
riding 'piggy-back' on a driven telescope. Each image covers about 25 to 30 degrees of sky.

The Moon images give a good comparison of prime-focus versus eyepiece projection photography. Eyepiece projection allows a larger image to be captured, while prime-focus can give the sharpest images with no lenses between the objective and the film.
